When you shop through BargainMatch at one of our trusted stores, we earn a sales commission on virtually anything you purchase from that store. We pass the majority of this commission back to you as Cash Back. For example, if you click our link to a store's website with 10% cash back and spend $100, we'll add $10 cash back to your BargainMatch account.
First, Sign Up for a BargainMatch account; this is completely free with NO hidden costs. All you need is an email address to get started. After you have created an account, you can search for a product by typing the name of the product into the search bar at the top of the page. BargainMatch will show you all stores that sell that product as well as the list price, Cash Back discount, and coupon savings at each store. Coupon savings will be applied to the price during the store's checkout process. After making your purchase, that store will notify us of the purchase and your Cash Back will be posted to your BargainMatch account, usually within 1-4 days of the item shipping from the store. Yes. In order for us to track your purchase and give you Cash Back, you must Sign In to your BargainMatch account and click our link to the store before you go shopping. The one exception is if you are using the Browser Extension, but you still need to Sign In.
Purchases typically post to your account 1-4 days after your purchase ships. However, some stores can take as long as 20 days (after the shipping date) to notify us of your purchase. Once the store notifies us of your purchase, BargainMatch will email you to let you know that you have earned Cash Back in your account. You will be able to view your earnings by clicking on the My Account link at BargainMatch. If it has been longer than 7 days and your cash back hasn't posted, please Contact Us with subject: "Where is My Cash Back?"
Please make sure that you have received the order and shipping confirmation from the store before filing a Missing Purchase Report. We will need the following information from you:
Your purchase will be posted to your account within 1-4 days of the shipping date, and your earnings on a specific purchase will become available for withdrawal immediately after the purchase is posted. You must have a minimum of $20 in Cash Back to request a withdrawal. However, BargainMatch does reserve the right to hold you cash back to ensure that your purchase has not been returned for 30-90 days.
No. BargainMatch is not a store and does not sell any products. BargainMatch is a shopping portal that helps you compare prices and save money when you shop online. If you have any questions about the product(s) you ordered, please contact the store from which you bought that product.
Using a coupon or promotion code not found on BargainMatch may cancel the Cash Back you receive from BargainMatch. Even coupon codes you receive in an email or regular mail directly from the store can invalidate your Cash Back. The stores oftentimes use coupon codes to determine the source of the order. So even if you click through BargainMatch, but use a coupon code not found on BargainMatch, the store will credit the order to the source of the coupon code and not BargainMatch.
There are a few things that can mess up the tracking and cancel the Cash Back:
Once you have accumulated at least $20 of Cash Back in your BargainMatch account, you can receive a Cash Back payment. To request a payment, Log in, click the My Account link at the top of the page and then click "Request Payment" button. You can receive Cash Back payments through the mail via check or electronically through PayPal. We also give you the option of donating your Cash Back to a number of worthy charities.
After requesting to receive a cash back payment, your cash back request will be processed and paid usually within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that if your purchases are less than 90 days old, your payment may be delayed until we have received payment from the merchant.
First, you need to check with PayPal to determine what changes you need to make to be able to accept the payment. If your payment is "Denied" or "Unclaimed" for 30 days, PayPal will send the funds back to BargainMatch. We can resend the payment once your PayPal account is setup to receive them, or we can send the payment to a different PayPal account. Alternatively, if you have a U.S. mailing address to send a check to, you can choose that option instead. Please Contact Us. Remember that we can't resend the payment until the first payment has been returned to BargainMatch through PayPal. PayPal payments are paid in USD (U.S. Dollars). You will need to make sure you have followed PayPal's procedures to confirm your account and verify that it is authorized to accept foreign currencies. Otherwise your PayPal payment may be delayed by PayPal.

Go to the Forgot Password page and enter the email address associated with your BargainMatch account. Within a few minutes, BargainMatch will email you a new temporary password. Once on the "My Account" page click on the "Change Password" link to the right and enter a new desired password and click Save Changes.

Users can now create Lists, which are groups of products. Lists allow you to collect everything you'll need for a project, like a Christmas shopping list, or a list of items to buy for your new home theatre system. To help you budget, each list also includes the total cost of all items. You can find your lists in the "My Account" section of the BargainMatch site. To add products to a list, simply go to that product's page, and click "List this Product."

If you don't want to receive emails from BargainMatch you can turn off your newsletters on the Message Settings page (which can be found by going to the "My Account" page and clicking the "Message Settings" on the right) and you can still remain a member. We will never share your personal information with anyone. We will never ask for your credit card information. We only ask for your mailing address so we can send your check to you. If you feel uncomfortable providing your mailing address, you can opt to receive payments electronically through PayPal, in which case you only need to provide your PayPal email address.
Yes, your shopping information is secure and private. While we can see which stores you visit, we do not collect information on the items you browse while you're on the store's website. The store will notify us of the order details BargainMatch will always be free and will never sell your email address to anyone. BargainMatch does not collect credit card information.
When the BargainMatch browser extension is added to Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox, you can shop online and earn cash back automatically without having to visit BargainMatch.com first.
Click the BargainMatch icon in the top right of your browser, and make sure you're logged in. Then visit a store's website, and look for the green dot on the BargainMatch icon. If you see the green dot, there's nothing left for you to do! Simply make a purchase, and your cash back will track automatically! If you see a yellow dot on the BargainMatch icon, you must click the Activate Cash Back link from the BargainMatch icon dropdown before your cash back will track.
Also, in Google, Yahoo and Bing search results, the BargainMatch browser extension will display an icon next to BargainMatch stores so you can easily see where to earn cash back!
